For over twenty years, the Krewe of Amalee has hosted this community gift, the annual Mardi Gras DeLand dog parade. Each year, the theme changes and delights the thousands of dog lovers with the costumed creativity marching down our Mainstreet.
We will be announcing next year's theme in May. Check back often or follow us on Facebook.
Parade Schedule & Map:
8:00 am - 10:00 am - Dog Costume Contest
11:00 am - 12:30 pm - Dog Parade
Festival begins immediately following parade
*If you registered to walk in the parade or are participating in the dog costume contest, you will be given a spot the morning of the parade. Please go to the corner of University Ave and Woodland Blvd. at 10:00 AM.
